Andy, the Owner Operator, makes you feel welcome and right at home. We stayed for nearly a month while getting our RV repaired. The rooms are up to date and very comfortable. The parking lot has recently been top coated and lines painted. Will Always come back here. Thanks Andy

I didn't have any issues. This place is very clean and we slept very good. In room coffee and plenty of plug outlets to charge devices. Carpet is not trashed like some places. The manager was extremely helpful in getting the front door key card working. Every hotel booked solid in the area and I was lucky to get this one at the same rate. That's some integrity right there.

For the price charged, we were very happy with this motel. It was clean, good facilities: wifi worked fine, lots of TV channels, good hot water, all the usual things one expects of a motel. The included breakfast with cereals, waffles, bananas, bagels, fruit snack bars, juice and coffee. Recommended as a budget motel. Only slightly annoying thing was noisy air conditioner.

You can see the Pride of ownership for this little motel in Chanute Kansas. 5-Star in my opinion for affordability, service and ownership. Don't confuse this with a 5-Star Resort to take your new bride on her honeymoon because it will not go over well. This is a working man's motel. You can tell the motel has been there for years and years but it has been meticulously maintained by Andy, the owner. Everything has fresh paint, is clean and in good working order. The seashell bathtubs take you back to another time. As an auction company, we were in Southeast Kansas for a good portion of 2024 and this was our "Go To" place to stay with our staff. I got to know Andy and his story during our trips down there. He is originally from India, yes he has a thick accent but speaks very good English and you can just tell how proud he is to be here and what he has accomplished as a businessman here in America. That pride, his work ethic and the way he runs his business made me happy to support his business and you should too. I read through some of the lower reviews and my guess is that most of those are from the unsavory types that Andy did not want to accommodate at his inn. I have stayed at places that let the druggies stay and it never turned out well. So yeah, I bet he runs a few people off from time to time. I almost forgot, the swimming pool is nice as well and was enjoyed during the dog days of summer. Andy, I wish you the best. Hope we book another auction down in Southeast Kansas so I can see you again sometime soon.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was nice. Mini fridge was a large one. Good cable TV. Staff was very friendly. We have stayed at several budget type motels on our travels and always felt like the money would have been better spent on a pillow and blanket to sleep in the car. Because of that, we almost passed this place up. We gave it a chance because of the good reviews and are so glad we did! Not only was the price very appropriate, they had a continental breakfast, which was a welcome suprise.

The motel was the best. very impressed with all the amenities.. very clean.. comfortable beds , great shower.. plus Continental breakfast… Highly recommended it!! I give it a five star!!

Great Value and great service are just two of the qualities of this establishment.. the rooms are clean.. pool is open and it's fantastic.. very glad we gave this spot a shot..

By far the best Knights Inn I’ve ever stayed at. Friendly staff, clean rooms at a great price. If you’re in town for work, ask about their weekly rate.
